Your information will initially be held within our email system and its archive. This will then be interpreted and may be used to develop proposals, quotations and for invoicing. Should you use the website contact forms for a support request then this will be input into our Helpdesk Application which is covered within our general privacy policy and terms and conditions.

We will retain your information for as long as you are a customer with us. This includes retaining your information when you have purchased products or services from us and logged support tickets. By contacting us, you consent to personal data being held and processed by us, for the purposes detailed above. You can withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@red5.im. Please be aware, that once consent has been withdrawn your information will be deleted from our systems and if you wish to return as a customer in the future, we will be required to obtain the information again. If you do not wish to continue to receive email marketing information you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link found in the relevant email footer.
How can I access the information you hold about me?
You have the right to request the information we hold by emailing info@red5.im, determining the information you require access to. We will notify you within one month of the request if we are not able to provide the information you have requested, and why. If the information you have requested is incorrect, please inform us immediately so that we can ensure we have the correct information retained.
